Join us April 24th–25th, 2026 for the CORVA Annual Meeting—where passion meets purpose and where the future of off-roading in California is actively being shaped.
This isn’t just a meeting—it’s where voices are heard, relationships are built, and real work gets done to keep public lands open for all of us.
Friday Evening – April 24th We’re kicking things off with a Meet & Greet—a relaxed, welcoming space to connect with fellow members, supporters, and your CORVA Board.
Come shake hands, ask questions, share your perspective, and be part of the community that shows up and stands up.
Saturday – April 25th Saturday morning, we get down to business with our Annual Meeting.
Join Zoom Meeting: Saturday, April 25th / 9:00am – 4:00pmhttps://us06web.zoom.us/j/88266788858?pwd=mqvFdxiQG75WM35P3D1d5Kn3kPUlmL.1 Meeting ID: 882 6678 8858 / Passcode: 202845
We’re proud to welcome an outstanding lineup of speakers who play key roles in shaping the future of off-road recreation and public land access. Our keynote speaker, Sarah Miggins, serves as the OHMVR Division Deputy Director, bringing valuable insight into statewide recreation management. She is joined by Jack Gorman, Assistant OHMVR Division Chief, and Neil Hamada, BLM OHV / Travel & Transportation Management Lead, who will share perspectives from federal land management. We’ll also hear from Dave Kuskie, former Executive Director of the American Sand Association, along with Professor Michael Nolen, retired U.S. Forest Service, offering decades of experience in land use and policy. Russ Dingman, District Superintendent for the Great Basin District at Hungry Valley SVRA, will provide on-the-ground insight, and Ted Cabral, CORVA’s Land Use Consultant, will round out the lineup with updates on current advocacy efforts.
Attendees will get real-time updates on current land use issues and a clear look at what CORVA is actively doing to fight for access across California—from policy-level decisions to boots-on-the-ground advocacy where it matters most. This is where the work gets done and where your voice helps shape what comes next.
Because the truth is—if we’re not engaged, decisions get made without us.
Saturday Evening Dinner – 6:30 PM Wrap up the day with dinner and good conversation. It’s a chance to unwind, connect deeper, and continue the discussions that matter.
Whether you’ve been in this fight for years or you’re just getting involved—you belong in this room.
Show up. Stay informed. Be part of the voice that protects our trails, our access, and our way of life.
We’ll see you in Visalia.
