Fighting for the OHV enthusiasts= continued access to public lands is the primary reason for CORVA=s existence. Each year, the CORVA Board of Directors and Field Representatives attend over a hundred meetings with government officials and log several thousand phone calls all in the interest of maintaining our backcountry access.

While the environmental extremists have huge financial backing, an army of trial lawyers and an incredibly biased media to attack our sport, all is not lost! In fact, we have three big things in our favor- science, law, and the truth!

Although the green organizations originated at the grass-roots level with a noble cause, they are increasingly being seen by the general public as lawsuit-happy behemoths run by lunatics, and in some cases, terrorists.

With this in mind, CORVA is now engaged in more land use projects than at any other time in our 31 year history. We frequently network with other OHV organizations as well as non-OHV/pro-access organizations, all in the interest of keeping our public lands open to motorized recreation. We are truly ADedicated to protecting our lands for the people, not from the people@!
