Snowy Plover Critical Habitat removed from Oceano Dunes SVRA

 The entire Oceano Dunes SVRA was removed from the Western Snowy Plover's Critical Habitat on Sept. 20 largely based on on a 4(b)(2) petition and the ~500 pages of data we supplied showing the economic impact. The Friends Of Oceano Dunes attorney, Tom Roth did an excellent job in making this happen.

 Since it is a 365 page document, the discussion on OCEANO DUNES starts on p28. Hopefully this will set the ground work for other challenges to all of our struggles.
