Continued efforts by access interests to
provide for managed OHV recreation at Tolowa Dunes is in compliance with the
California Public Resources Code Section 5090.02 (c)
(1) Existing off-highway motor vehicle recreational areas, facilities, and opportunities be expanded.
Managed OHV recreation use at Tolowa Dunes is an important and historic use.
